Once your fill out the form above, you will complete the following steps;

Prepare your Photos and Medical Forms

Prior to the consult, we will ask you to fill out the standard office intake form to provide us with your health information, information about the procedures that interest you along with images of the areas you would like to address.

Pick a Date and Time

You may pick a date and time and pay for your consultation via PayPal credit, debit, or credit card. Once Payed, you officially scheduled your consultation with Dr. Raúl Lopez..

Meet Dr. Lopez

On the day of your consultation, Dr. Lopez will contact you via video call! The doctor will evaluate you, make a personalized plan and quote, respond to any doubts, and discuss a surgery date.

The consultation lasts approximately 15-25 minutes and has a cost of $ 80 dollars

(It will be the only consultation you will pay for, after your virtual consultation, you may schedule a consultation in person before you surgery at no additional cost, if necessary.)
